What is it that's not working - the storage (in this case you should ask on FreePBX forums) or QM reading them back?

1. it is explained in detail under "OK04 - Service level agreement" at http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s06.html#_historical_reports_answered_calls

2. In general not - thst columns should be empty if you do not track IVRs. When this happens, try and write down which call it is and then run a report to check for what you see in the historical logs.

In fact QM has call export functionalities - see http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s23.html - this is used generally to send batches of calls to clients for further inspection.

Not at the moment as the priority is not logged by Asterisk. What I would do would be to rewrite the caller-id, by adding .e.g. a ! in front, so that it is immediately apparent which ones they are.

I'd keep the backup of the database plus a backup of the audio files. See http://www.queuemetrics.com/faq.jsp#faq-044-backup

QueueMetrics installation / Re: Upgrade from 1.7.1.3 to 13.4

This looks like a messed-up installation that is still reading the old JARs - try http://queuemetrics.com/faq.jsp#faq-070-clean_logs and let us know how it goes.

On the User Manual, like in http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s06.html#_historical_reports_answered_calls

What is it not to be understood in the SLA?

The error means that agent criteria lead to a result that cannot be but empty. For example, if agent/101 is in location B, and you run a report for "agent/101 and location A" you get that error, that means that it cannot possibly return anything, so QM suspects it's an user mistake.

The "-" is not valid in a key, as it means "revoke".

At the moment the APi is just for reading, not for configuring.  :-[
