Outbound and QueueMetrics / Re: DNIS in outbound calls

Do you have an INFO DNIS record for the call?

Numbers must be in the 0-100 range, sorry.

How much does it take? because it is the same mechanism.

1264
That's great.

I am not sure for 1.5.3, but that is present for newer versions.

Yes you can - it is just a matter of programming your dialplan so that when you dial 0 + number is like 9 + 123 + number....

1267
I would be asking your client to produce a piece of their queue_log so you can see their actual data.... Or try and ask on the forum if some user wants to share theirs.

QM does this by sending an  Asterisk command - likely there was a problem on the Asterisk side.

That is when searching for recorded calls - likely you have them all in one huge folder. If you break them down by day or month, this will be way faster.

See the LocalFilesByDay storage here: http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s19.html#_pms_to_match_recorded_calls

You should investigate as why this happens at the Asterisk level.

You *can* make outbound calls from the handset! you just need to use a different prefix to tell Asterisk that they must be logged.

Has it ever worked?
Likely it's a dialpan issue.

1275
You would need to create an equivalent function in your dialplan - the QM dialplan is made to be called by QM only, because it passes parameters setting channel variables.
