The status in queue stay unchanged, it seems that the command is not executed
But i see it in the CLI

I did the test calling the queue not directly :-)

----
1-  not in queue
qm--> Agent/1111: Agent is currently logged off
queue show: "agent/1111 not present"
2- ADD MEMBER
qm---> Agent/1111: Agent is currently logged on queues: 605
queue show---> Local/1111@from-internal (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet with total talktime 0s
3- PAUSE
qm--> Agent/1111: Agent is currently paused (10: Pausa Pranzo)
queue show--->  Local/1111@from-internal (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet with total talktime 0s

I don't see any error

just the complete webpage, but without data on top ... just the bottom part (Agent Status Last Call Current Caller)

Calls Waiting and agent status are empty

PS: i use static agents

Hi

the qmon.php is in /var/www/html/user

i changed following lines:

$defaultqueue = 'Inbound';

case 'inbound':
    $queueid = "600|601|602|603|604|605";
    $queuename='Inbound';

$qm_server = "192.168.50.17"; // the QueueMetrics server address
$qm_port   = "8080";        // the port QueueMetrics is running on
$qm_webapp = "queuemetrics"; // the webapp name for QueueMetrics

new XML_RPC_Value($queueid),
           new XML_RPC_Value("USER"),
           new XML_RPC_Value("PASSWORD"),
           new XML_RPC_Value("qmon"),
           new XML_RPC_Value("*********"),
           $req_blocks_rt

qmon is a user in QM configuration as ROBOT

But don't work....

btw in the script there is following line: "$cli_rt = new XML_RPC_Client("/$qm_webapp/xmlrpc.do", $qm_server,$qm_port);
"   ... but i can't find any xmlrpc.do in my server.

thanks a lot

bye

very strange

the line I have is:

exten => s,1,NoOp,Outbound call -> A:${QDIALER_AGENT} N:${QDIALER_NUMBER} Q:${QDIALER_QUEUE} Ch:${QDIALER_CHANNEL}

btw, is normal this part:
-- Executing [12302320620501@queuedial:3] Set("Local/12302320620501@queuedial-0f7a;2", "QDIALER_AGENT=Agent/") in new stack

With this change [exten => s,1,NoOp()] works fine!

The only issue now is that i cannot see the agent, in queue log I see only "agent/ "
1268230473|1268230473.33282|q-660|Agent/|CALLOUTBOUND|-|02320620501|
