Thats the "Last week" option on top.

What you say it's true - but if you get a call from a queue that you disconnected to, QM assumes that the logion must have been lost -- you cannot receive calls from queues you are not logged on to! how is that it causes you problems?

I am not sure about the drop down, would you like to post two separate topics in the "Ideas" forum?

You need to dial the same sequence that is called by QM! :)

You need to add a PENALTY, see e.g.

http://www.voip-info.org/tiki-index.php?page=Asterisk%20cmd%20AddQueueMember

If you'd like to do this automatically, you could embed the penalty in the agent's name, so that it's passed by QM.

Thinking about it, we way as well pass a penalty number from the request - it would be nice. I am adding this as request #1107

Yes that was the information I was looking for,

At the moment, it is not possible for the agent to look on other partitions but the main one.
We are adding this as a feature request - code #1106

This is wrong:

Code: [Select]
ChanSpy(SIP/${QM_AGENT_CODE:6}@from-internal)
It should be:

Code: [Select]
ChanSpy(SIP/${QM_AGENT_CODE:6})

No - as queues are the basic security items of QM, there is no way that you can access a queue that is not defined explicitly in QM.

1346
OK please let us know.

Would you care about sharing your translation through PolyVox?

Before we investigate into the matter further, a question: do you have each queue and subqueue defined in QM? because the wildcard expansion happens on queues defined, not queues that are in the raw data.

Why don't you contribute back the Chinese translation? :)

That is caused by the file encoding that does not support non ASCII characters.
