Running QueueMetrics / Re: Call Recording Local Files By Day

Not likely. Did you set the correct PM class?

2027
The correct behaviour for the CALLSTATUS is to keep the LAST entry if there is more than one. Can you please run a GREP  for 1239026112.178 and see how the logging looks like?

No - likely you did not set the queues correctly in QM, so it's actually running OK but finding no data. can you post a screenshot of your Queues config page?

We are tracking this as bug #681

This must be a mistake. We'll fix it ASAP.
Use extension 28@queuemetrics instead.

QueueMetrics installation / Re: Agent log on

You have to tell it on what pohone the agent is working, that is why there is a "Loacl extension".

See also a general introduction here. http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s07.html

Since Digium uses CentOS 5.3 as the basis for their AsteriskNOW distribution, it is now trivial to install QueueMetrics on it.

Just type:

Code: [Select]
wget -P /etc/yum.repos.d http://yum.loway.ch/loway.repo

yum install queuemetrics

Then follow on-screen instructions.

The only difference from a TrixBox installation is that the default MySQL password is blank, and not "passw0rd" as it is on TB systems.

You can find the latest AsteriskNOW here: http://www.asterisknow.org/node/48579

Of course you can, as long as you use the piece of dialplan that logs them correctly.

so now the files are been generated the call but some times it waits arround 15 seconds or more.. even to much waiting...

the file stays there for half and hour  :'(

You mean teh audio file? there is no reason why it should be removed at all.... neither Asterisk nor Qm remove it.

If this works for all agents but one, likely the agent does not exist in Asterisk.

2037
It's turned off either because the agent is not logged in or because it's disabeld in the config files.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Agent Login - Multiple Asterisk Boxes
« on: April 03, 2009, 15:08:21 »
As long as you have the same information on all servers, this should not be a problem. It gets to be a problem if you have the same agent paused on server A and not on server B.

About logging in, as QM calls Asterisk dialplan to do stuff, you could intercept the call and make it log in to other servers as well (you could Dial a special extension on the second server to log iin)

My suggestion is to run a test using a clustered demo key, so you can find any problems before committing to the solution.

OK so I see that queue 340 seems to be working while 349 is not. I assume you have only one server,
 Asterisk server.

In order to nail down your problem here is what I'd do:
- when the call center is idle, send a call to queue 349
- tracxk down the lines that get appended to the queue_log file
- see if you can see the call in the realtime page
- see if you can see the call in the Live page

Ok but agents wil then log on NOT when they log on in Qm but when they click on the "Logon" button in QM. Is this so?
