Phantom SIP agent appears logged in for no reason
« on: October 17, 2013, 23:03:28 »
This began happening after a QM upgrade.

1) queue_logs show no activity for sip extension or asterisk agent

2) "queue show" readout does not display the agent.

As far as my understanding, this should not be happening. I have invested time troubleshooting, and the site personal would like this fixed as it has persisted for a good amount of time, and interferes with their operations.

This is weird. In general if you see something in QM this means that there is something logged.
I'd have a look at the data just before this happens.

I'll check the log capacities.

This has gone on so long, and I have invested so much time, that it has become torture. drip drip drip drip drip drip

"another phantom agent"

That's really weird. If you see somethig, this means it's there. It should not be too hard to match it on the queue_log data....
