We are using QueueMetrics in our company for quite a long time now and meanwhile we are supporting different languages with native speakers.
Except for a few countries we do only have one general number which every foreign customer has to dial.
Now the problem is that we get all these calls from all these countries but we do not have a Queue for every country since we are shipping to the entire world.
Therefore it happens e.g. that a spanish customer gets a finnish call or a dutch supporter gets an italian call because we can´t just remember all the different country-codes.
We can only see the number on the display and often don´t know from which country the customer is calling.
So our question would be if it is possible to add an option to add country-flags which are shown besides the numbers. One could easily edit the numbers for every flag. E.g. "0033" for France.
Everytime a french customer would call us we would see a french flag besides the customers number. That would really help us to improve our service and we would be very thankful for that.
Maybe there already is some kind of workaround or other option available which we have not seen yet so we would also be glad if someone has an idea how to solve this.
