This line here:

Code: [Select]
-- Executing [20@queuemetrics:3] AgentCallbackLogin("Local/20@queuemetrics-fd56,2", "7889||888@from-internal") in new stack

requires you to have an Agent/7889 defined in agents.conf with no password.

General Asterisk configuration / Re: Tracking an unpicked call
« on: January 26, 2010, 18:09:36 »
No you see that e.g. Sharon Answered 21 calls and the average ring time was 10 seconds while Sjoert answered 37 with an average pick up of just 6 seconds.

If you see no lost calls, your Asterisk system is likely not tracking RINGNOANSWER verbs or they are all zeroed out. Do you see them in the queue_log?

Well that's interesting. We are tracing that as improvement #963.

Outbound and QueueMetrics / Re: Popping a URL with Outgoing Call
« on: January 22, 2010, 15:34:11 »
You should:
1- make sure that the number is a number only, e.g. "12345" and not "-,12345"
2- define a default URL for the outbound queue.

It's an old version. use the latest one instead.

It looks like it's calling a trunk..... how is that?

Not at the moment.

1613
This means that the time stamp of Asterisk and QM are off by 30 minutes.

It's already included . see the "attempts" page.

QueueMetrics will track only calls that happen as a part of a queue (for inbound) or a campaign (for outbound). This is by design.
If you transfer a call, transfer it to a queue, so the status will be correct.

1616
You need the latest dialplan version to log "OUTBOUNDCALL" instead of "ENTERQUEUE" for outbound calls - this way QM will show the agent.

1617
...or upgrade to 1.6 and have the devicestate finally working!

This is very easy to do - did you set up outbound calling yet?
