That's what gets published by Asterisk in the CallerID field - it may be either the name, the number or both.

Likely the power down broke something. To be extra-safe, you should do a complete reinstall - otherwise you will never know if everything is in order.

I don't think this will work nice with ChanSpy - meaning that it's hard (impossible) to find the correct channel.

Yes - that is not correct - you see that the calls "waiting" for 13 minutes and there is nobody under "Agent".
Try and post what happens on the queue_log.

You could have Apache on Server A, port 80, that points to Tomcat on Server A, port 8080 and Server B, port 8080. :-)
