Saw this shiny new feature on the What's New page, scoured the manuals (notably the 7.2. Calls being processed section, which highlights that new item), QueueMetrics User Manual: chapter 6.1.13 (Music on Hold by agent), 6.1.13. OK13 - Music On Hold by Agent, and browsed through 23 "Configuring Asterisk for QueueMetrics" in its entirety. I'm not super familiar with configuring Queuemetrics or Asterisk, so be gentle.
