If you look at the daily / hourly reports, you should see the number of answered vs unanswered.

Yes you can have QM on the same or a separate server. In order to have it on a separate server, you use qloaderd installed on the Asterisk server to send data to the QM database. See the "SQL storage" chapter on the User manual.

If you need to have simultaneous inbound/outbound, I would use something like WombatDialer to send calls to queues - this way you are sure that an agent can never receive a call incoming while dialing out.
As an alternative, consider logging agents off of inbound when doing outbound.

Do you see any calls? most likely you are using the MySQL storage model (look on the License page) and the qloaderd is down OR MySQL maked the queue_log table as crashed so it does not allow inserting new data until you repair it.

I am not sure about the "picking" part....  can you get me some reference?

As per outbound, of course you cannot use "true" queues to do outbound - unless you use something like WombatDialer http://wombatdialer.com that sends calls to queues. You basically create specific queues and do all the logging through our script. We suggest creating "true" queues so it's easy to track presence information.

We are having a new version out in order to patch this issue. What happened is that the page tried reloading too fast.

What I see is that after the pop-up appears, the page is frozen (and that's correct) but when the pop-up disappears, the page starts reloading quickly. If you click on reload on change the Reload time, goes back to normal.
Is that what you are seeing as well?
