Queuemetrics doesn't record the reports.

Hi,

Since i had energy fault my queue metrics doesn’t show any agent status, cdr, and reports. But i’ve notice that mysql is connecting and database is correct.
Anyone could make a suggestion to fix up those problems ?

Do you see any calls? most likely you are using the MySQL storage model (look on the License page) and the qloaderd is down OR MySQL maked the queue_log table as crashed so it does not allow inserting new data until you repair it.

After restart the qloaderd service it's work correctly again!!
