Yes settings should be copied as well.
It works if you use the new tpf.properties file. The web,xml is always overwritten.

Usually there is no need to do it, as the table is actually "cluster-indexed" - so even if it is very very large, its access performance does not change much.

You should be looking at the QM logs and see if there is an error there as well, or it is just the processing of data that takes too long.

There is a new file called tpf.properties that is copied through the versions by the yum installer.
It works if you upgrade 163 to 170 or whatever it will be using yum.
The release notes should contain more details on how to fix that.
Thanks for proposing this change! I'm sure everybody will like it.

Yes that is the problem.

Can you post a screenshot? I just tried with Chrome 8.0.552.224 and it works like a charm.

Looks like it is not uploading your queue_log data. Try and have some queue activity and see if lines get appended to the bottom of your /var/log/asterisk/queue_log file.

That's because it is searching for the audio files. If it takes so long, you'd better use a different audio storage strategy, like e.g. here: http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s19.html#_pms_to_match_recorded_calls

The SIP name is split usually on the  "minus" sign, as the actual channel name logged is usually sip/123-abcd. This is by design. Do you really need to use such channel names?
