Try the System tools -> AMI tester and see what is configured there. That's where QM is reading data.

You mean you did update the Espresso package?
In general yo should only upgrade QM itself

Anyway,  if the RT page appears to be working, you can simply edit the error message off the configuration.properties file.

Looks like you are not pointing QM to the right Asterisk port, or Asterisk is firewalled.

* Management by exception: you can dynamically filter which items you want to see in a QA form
* Overall QA summary: it is now possible to see an avaerage for the whole form
* Queue pull-down box: in QA and elsewhere, combo boxes are now searchable
* Hi-liting criteria not at target: in the Performace Tracker page you can higlight elements dynamically
* Editable names for QA levels: you can have different names or remove a score range altogehter from your forms
* Section-level shortcuts and auto-fails: it is possible to earmerk a QA item so that sets the score for the whole section to zero if it fails.

Most likely MySQL is not working so WombatDialer is not able to come back up. Try restarting MySQL.

What do you mean by "email" for an agent? the one you refer to is the description.
After you do the changes, wait a few minutes for QM to invalidate caches ad start reloading.

This is not a Qm issue but your Asterisk is trying to dial agents even if they are on a conversation. Make sure this does not happen :)

This is along-standing issue with Asterisk. Looks like it will be fixed in Asterisk 12, but so far the only way to have a transfer safely tracked is following the procedure at http://queuemetrics.com/faq.jsp#faq-053-transfers

Maybe it is because you have a macro and/or an AGI. Try creating a "simple" queue and see if this happens. Then try adding the macro and the agi and see where things start going wrong. Unfortunately this is an issue with Asterisk - we report on what Asterisk logs, and if the logs are incorrect we cannot do anything else.

This already works if you use Hotdesking. If you don't, the agent code and the extension are basically the same things, so QM does not use a separate field.

A number of people are asking to have a way to export a list of calls to Excel/CSV from the WombatDialer reports page. We plan to implement this in the upcoming release - tracking this as bug #2070 - but meanwhile you can use the following query:

You should set the C.name as the name of the campaign you want to report on and the dates on L.attempted below (optional) are for a date range.

This gets you the information you need, and you can copy and paste it to your favorite spreadsheet from a  MySQL GUI...
