Hi,

how would I create a redirect when the server is reachable through two urls, one for internal, one for external use? Is there any way to do a redirect that uses the uorrent server name? Can you please give an example or pointers to documentation? I am not familar at all with tomcat configuration.

I am not sure for Tomcat, but if you use a front-end based on Apache, it's trivial to do that with mod_rewrite.

Yes but the script is for a very old version of QM - maybe it's not reading data it's expected to read. You should ask its author for help.

Wait, a visibility key is not a location!

Think about a "visibility key" as a lock - it can be only one, but you can make multiple copies of the key and give it to different people.

The idea would be having a key that is common and then giving it to both supervisors.

This is by design - you don't want to have Asterisk depend on something else that may crash.
It is strange that you got all zeros - you usually get an error message. Likely IE was caching the page.

PS. 1.4.4 is pretty old.... we have 1.6.0 out now  ;D

You should add it to the dialplan just after the call hits you (and it is answered, before being queued).
