Yes you need to copy web.xml and configuration.properties from the old install to the new one.
This is easy to do, as the Qm applications are stored as:

/usr/local/queuemetrics/webapps/queuemetrics-1.5.0/
/usr/local/queuemetrics/webapps/queuemetrics-1.5.1/
/usr/local/queuemetrics/webapps/queuemetrics-1.5.3/

So they are never deleted.

When this happens, do you have an idea of what was the queue status a s seen by Asterisk? or did you maybe restart Asterisk?

I am not sure this can be done today - it worked fine with AgentcallbackLogin but with Addmember you should "fake" addmember entries.

You can configure your agents as you bes see fit in asterisk, and then group agents in QM. What matters regarding to ACD is the Asterisk configuration - QM's is only used for reporting.

You need to make them "Visible from front page" (edit each queue) and you can rename them if you want.
