Hello,

Queuemetrics is currently using the application 'AgentCallbackLogin' built into asterisk 1.4, this application has been removed in 1.6.

I see no easy solution to fix this?

Any Suggestions?
[Oct 14 13:47:36] VERBOSE[14516] logger.c:     -- Executing [20@queuemetrics:2] NoOp("Local/20@queuemetrics-e09e;2", " "QM: Logging on Agent/2051 to extension 2051@from-internal made by 'Agent/2051'" ") in new stack
[Oct 14 13:47:36] WARNING[14516] pbx.c: No application 'AgentCallBackLogin' for extension (queuemetrics, 20, 3)

Did Queue metrics not see this coming is has been mentioned throughout 1.4s development? (http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+cmd+AgentCallbackLogin)

Regards,
Michae

QueueMetrics supports Asterisk 1.6 - of course not through the AgentCallBackLogin command (that is just not there, go ask Digium) but through AddMember.

I know AddMember is not a perfect replacement for AgentCallBackLogin, so we made things easier by making available a multiple login on the Agent's page - this way your agents do not have to manually join or leave a number of different queues.

The main reporting  and real-time engine works as fine with Addmember as with AgentCallbackLogin.
