I would say that the Tomcat container does not understand that there is a webapp installed. My guess is that either WEB-INF/web.xml or WEB-INF/lib directory are missing.

It usually happens in realtime. When there are no more lines in the queue_log, the qloaderd waits one second before trying if there are new lines appended. So it's practically real-time.

If you have that machine available for inspection, please contact Loway by e-mail so a technician can log in check if anything does not work. Being based on Trixbox, there is no reason why QM should not work on it.

You could do this from the web interface.
In Asterisk there is a fixed "wrapuptime", but I never found it very useful because the wrap up time actually depends on what you're doing....

This is exactly as you say - every time the telephone rings and the agent does not take it is a lost, and every time the telephone rings and the agent does take is a taken.

QueueMetrics is a reporting package, so it just does not see the upper-level Asterisk config. The fact that your callers can join empty queues must be set in the configuration interface - QM has nothing to do with it.  ;)
