Upgrade from 1.4.4 to 1.4.7 problem

Hi,
 after upgrading to 1.4.7 from 1.4.4 the possibility for listening to recorded calls is lost. I cannot listen to recorded calls even though they are there.
I used qm_show_files.do  and the files are there!
Also another strange thing is after downloading and installing 1.4.7 , the license info gives me the below:

It seems that the file is found but the URL does not show up in the new popup window so i can listen to it..

Can you post a  screenshot of the popup? it really looks like the file is found. Mybe it just hides because the popup is too small for your fonts/browser settings?

Hi, I have tried with both an admin user, and a user with ALLKEY and CALL MONITOR key.

What do you get if you run the qm_show_files.do transaction as described?

It looks like the data is actually there. Anybody else has this same problem?

Please send over:
- a complete dump of your database
- a tar of your running web application (so we have licence and configuration)
this way we can try and see what goes wrong.

Please send them to Loway - tell it's issue #555

  i have sent the reqistered info to queuemetrics (at) loway dot ch  but the mail  keeps coming back because the mailbox is full!

You are right. Please try againg in an hour or so -we are checking what went wrong.

Yes exactly. It seemed to work just fine for regular email, but your mailings were just too big for the remaining space  ;)
