Qloaderd is advised but optional - likely your QM is reading straight from the queue_log file, and that is rotated. See here: http://astrecipes.net/index.php?n=205

Yes - you do not have the access key.  That is QUEUE_LST

Which one?

I am sorry - can you give me an example of an URL that is returned to you?

1475
No now you should see the list of calls on a separate page (the one just after Answered Calls).

We track this as bug #1037.

Yes this is a compatibility issue with 1.4. We'll fix that, meanwhile better if you upgrade to 1.5 or 1.6.

Now an easy operational doubt. I would like the agents to log on and off only via the agent page on QM. It's working great, but I found out that an agent can easily log another agent other than himself because the agent's code is requested on a textbox. Is there a way to hide that textbox and/or force that agent to use only his own agent's code?

Yes: set

Code: [Select]
default.lockedAgentPopupCode=true
to get that behaviour.

To me, the easiest way around would be remapping the file returned by the URL (you should see the absolute path as a parameter) to a local mount of the remote files. This is easy  to do.

The problem lies in the statelessness of your requests - it would be a huge security problem for QM if users could retrieve any file just by asking for it.

At the moment this is an (interesting) proposal for a new development.

If you need to have it custom-implemented quick, please contact our development team so they can do that.

QueueMetrics news / QueueMetrics 1.6.0.1 released
« on: March 24, 2010, 09:54:23 »
QueueMetrics version 1.6.0.1 has been released today. This is a fix of a couple of annoying problems that have been found in 1.6.0:

* #1031: There was a problem with time-zone offsets when running in cluster mode.
* #1033: The logging in 1.6.0 was extremely verbose, causing huge catalina.out files and unnecessary I/O.
Both problems are now fixed.

You can download the latest version immediately from the downloads page.As an alternative, if you run RHEL or CentOS (or any distribution derived from them, like e.g. TrixBox, Nerd Vittles and AsteriskNOW), you can install it automatically using yum - see the installation page.

You can either re-map them to the local file system, or you should have a logged-on user in order to access them through QM.
