Are you sure about the format of the expanded parameters, ie dates?

I'd say you have to configure the connection to your QM, but I have no first-hand experience with this wallboard.
Of course if it's not in development you could always fork your own :)

But I would expect each of them to have a different unique id.

This looks like a bug - it would be helpful if you could send to Loway Support your configuration.properties file referring to bug #1670.

This is set in configuration.properties and is used to link (e.g.) to a CRM of your choice. It is meant as a placeholder.  ;)

IIRC there might be an issue with commas and pipes as parameter separators in the supplied script.

I would start by tracing the dialogue between QM and the client, to see what is going wrong. The XML-RPC interface you use has not been changed in ages IIRC.

413
Yes: for safety QM assumes that if a call was routed to an agent this means the agent was a member of that queue at that time, and for some reason this was not logged correctly.

In general, running on a cluster or not, you get zero unanswered calls in multi-stint mode if calls have a unique-id that matches an existing call that was answered.

415
Not sure what went on. You see the user added on a different queue? what is their Asterisk state? maybe they used AddMember from their telephone?

Sometimes you get all sorts of weird timing issues on VMs. A number of clients had timing issues with VMware with significant clock drifts in the order of one hour per day.

It actually depends on your call routing.
