Implement a dial-out queue

We try implement a dial-out queue, i consult the procedure in the webpage but not function.

I need know what happend with the agents when they call to the custumer and i need clasify the call.

I apreciate your help.

What di d you do so far? did you look at http://queuemetrics.com/download/TrixBox_Outgoing_v10.pdf ?
