Running QueueMetrics / Re: wrong queues on agents codes

Hi mathabathe,

not sure why you get this error, but QM 1.7 is really really old, so I suggest you at first to update QueueMetrics to the latest version, is it possible that this alone solves the problem  :)

Let us know anyway

Did you install with yum? In that case should be very easy:

yum update queuemetrics

do that when the callcenter is idle, it will take a couple of minutes, but after that at the first access to QueueMetrics you'll be asked to update the database and that procedure could take a while depending on the size of your database.

Hi Daniel,

which version of QueueMetrics are you using?

In any case if you don't need those logs you can delete them, and to keep them not to big you can rotate them,

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Agent Occupancy Report - AG09

Hi Caper, I'll have that correct asap, anyway the oddcharacter should be a minus

we calculate that as    Talk Time / Available time   where the available time is the total session time - time on pause

Hi Norman-Tshoko,

I think you forgot to insert an extension code in the, unfortunately Asterisk lets you log in the queue stuff like SIP/, what I suggest is to remove tha interface manually from the Asterisk CLI, then to avoid that problem you can set the following property in QueueMetrics

realtime.extensionRegexp

Sets allowed extension codes. Any other code will be rejected. (e.g. set as "3\\d\\d" to allow extensions like "3XX")

Outbound and QueueMetrics / Re: Dialout on icon page not working

Are you sure the agent logged herself in the queues using a valid extension?

Hi Cleverton,

we recommend to do not use that page since we plan to remove it from QM, we're developing a new realtime page that shoudl be ready the next year.

Hi myarian ,

yes they are correct; that's not something defined by QueueMetrics, queue_log (/var/log/asterisk/queue_log) is generated by Asterisk.

Hi ricksebak,

that's a good idea, I just added it to our bug tracker.
With new releases we usually publish a list of bugs (also new features and ideas are trucked as bugs) solved: this is #2920.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Agent Pause Status on Realtime Page

in general you would need a custom dialplan to be called by the agent that pauses/unpauses the agent, doing the same thing as the QueueMetrics dialplan.

E.g. you can define *22*code for pause and *23*code.. if they want to pause with code 37 they should dial *22*37 but this is something you have to code from scratch.

Improving QueueMetrics / Re: Agent blue pause

Hi,
the possible solutions are two:

- try to disable that button from the phone's admin panel
- change ring strategy for your queue (usually leastrecent is not a good choice if hte agents use that button),

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Agent Pause Status on Realtime Page

Hi Ryan82,

as for the custom pause codes, they are meant to work with the QueueMetrics agent's page; anyway the realtime page should be able to show pause codes set by other systems.

What happens in the queue_log file when you do a pause, then a unpause, with the usual method?

As for the outbound tracking give a look to this page: http://manuals.loway.ch/QM_Trixbox-chunked/ch03.html  :)
