Ok this does not explain why you should bot get LOGON/LOGOFF infiormation though. There should be plenty of information in the last 30,000 secs, so it makes no sense that the status appears for 30 seconds or so.

It's here: http://astrecipes.net/index.php?n=231
We'll add this to the FAQ as well.

I altered table to modify the column to varchar(255) which seems to resolve the issue for me. I have another installation that was 1.4.3 that i upgraded to 1.4.4 via yum update and its data1 column also appears to be a varchar(30).

This has been fixed in the upcoming release 1.5.0.

QueueMetrics news / QueueMetrics 1.4.7.1 released
« on: September 26, 2008, 11:33:22 »
Thanks to our user Scooby2, we spotted an important bug with 1.4.7, where the "Show all agents" / "Show members only" configuration was inverted (#464). So we immediately released a new version 1.4.7.1 to address the problem.
You can update it manually (the filename stays the same as 1.4.7) or using yum update.

To make sure you have the latest version, check the licence page:

It should show "Version 1.4.7.1"

We are releasing an updated version immediately as RPM and tar.gz. The filename stays the same, but the licence page will show version 1.4.7.1

In fact the problem is that the routine takes "false" for true and vice-versa, so it works fine but the toggles are inverted.
This is obviously a bug and we track it as #464 - as a mitigation, just invert them in the config file.

Ok so it's just the default setting that appears to be broken? I'll go check.

realtime.members_only=false   seems to be broken? By default 1.4.7 is showing members only and you have to click to see any agent. This worked fine in 1.4.6.

I am seeing working buttons - if I toggle "members only" agents gets togged correctly.

Improving QueueMetrics / Re: SLA per period. Example, per day, per hour.

Cool  - we could add this as an add-on.
We could even create a SourceForge project for QM addons, so one could download them all and developement could be shared.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: trixbox and QueueMetrics
« on: September 20, 2008, 10:44:59 »
This is really quite easy.

You first install QM and MySQL on a separate server from Asterisk, and make sure it starts and you are using the MySQL storage (partition P001).  You then create a MySQL grant rule that will allow connecting to the database from the Asterisk server.

You install a program called qloaderd on the Asterisk box -- this is basically a lightweight data loader - and configure it to send data to the database on the QM box.

You can install all software using yum, so it's quite easy. See http://queuemetrics.com/install.jsp

A detailed giude to setting up MySQL storage (and clustering) with QM can be found at: http://queuemetrics.com/download/QM_mysql_cluster_100.pdf
