Running QueueMetrics / Re: Wallboard refresh takes 1 minute
« on: November 25, 2009, 11:52:56 »
You mean, the interface is fast but it takes a while to be updated?
This is strange because usually Asterisk writes the logs immediately - do you use a disk share, or qloaderd, or a local file as the storage model?

The "correct" answer is: look here:

http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_XML-RPC_manual-chunked/apa.html

...but if you want to know a trick (ssht! don't tell anyone!)  ;)  what I usually do is: I run a  report in Qm and find the block I care for. If you look at the link that is created e.g. to export to Excel, it will be something like:

http ://server:8080/queuemetrics/qm/qm_export_table.do?S.OkDO.StintsOk.828815582

in this case, the name of the block is OkDO.StintsOK.

Outbound and QueueMetrics / Re: Using IVR code to track outgoing

One thing first: how/why would you need to track the IVR code for an outgoing call? (just acuriosity)

The agent is supposed to refresh it manually by clicking on the "refresh" button.

No no, the average call length is just the "speaking" time.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: CANT SEE CALLS AS ADMIN
« on: November 24, 2009, 10:47:21 »
Are you speaking of INBOUND or OUTBOUND calls?

The error comes from the servlet container, that is trying to start the webapp and complains that the file in not a valid XML file.
My suggestion is: use the default one (it will likely start the app but then Qm will complain it finds no DB). If it starts up with the default one, try and change it one line at a time to find what fgoes wrong.
XML files can be tricky....

No major issue, but of course) the fact that you cannot use AgentCallBackLogin anymore

Scripting QueueMetrics / Re: QM Statuses
« on: November 17, 2009, 17:03:39 »
You run a report for a given time period, get the raw calls and loop over them :)

1721
All the tables in the reports and the RT page are datasets - you just need to find the proper names.

Yes this is - you should see a configuration option:

* Edit QueueMetrics settings
....
Edit call outcomes
....

That's the one.  ;D

QueueMetrics installation / Re: failed installation
« on: November 17, 2009, 16:54:53 »
From th error, looks like the thirdlane repository server is not responding (maybe they are upgrading it....).

You could temporarily disable it from /etc/yum.repos.d/ by commenting all lines with a # and then re-enable it when you're done....

I think the browser will not care much.... I think it should be application/json anyway.

I see no trace of a call being sent to it.....
