How can I get answer rate per dar, and answer rate per hour from a month report or a week report?

Outbound and QueueMetrics / Outbound alias and queues

Hi,

Just a quick question  ,  is it advisable to have one outbound queue and multiple Aliases linked to one queue name?

Realtime Live / Realtime Monitoring

Hi every1

I have a problem with realtime monitoring, it shows logged in agents but does not show there current activities(on pause, on a call etc ), I tried restarting the qloader, restarted queuemetrics but it doesn't help. iwas working fine before

please help.

QueueMetrics installation / Logging problems

Hi everyone,

I just installed queuemetrics on my asterisk box,and i get the following error when i try logging in queuemetrics.


HTTP Status 404 - /queuemetrics/tpf
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

type Status report

message /queuemetrics/tpf

description The requested resource (/queuemetrics/tpf) is not available.
