Try and make sure that you are monitoring for queue "vecc" all written lowercase.
Do you see the same calsl in a report, or nothing at all? the log seems OK.

Hello all,
we have been working on a simple dialplan replacement for AgentCallBackLogin. It is not nearly as polished as we hope for, but it should be a working start.

It offers the following features:
- Single log-on and log-off, managing queue/agent associations centrally
- Agent pause (with pause reason) and unpause
- Managed device state - the queue will not try calling members that are busy on other queues or because of other calls
- Tracking of the current hot-desk extension
- Fully compatible with QueueMetrics (and any other stats parser)
- Very compact and easy to expand

If you want to test it, you can download it from http://www.loway.ch/c/acbl16-v091216.zip and it should be trivial to install (look for the README file). We would love to hear how it goes.

There is a discussion group here: http://groups.google.com/group/agentcallbacklogin-replacement

Thanks!

can you post a screenshot?

No BUT we almost have a working (beta) solution, so we will contact you later today so you can review it.

It would be cool if you could send over a copy of your file to our tech Support so we can check if there is anything wrong with our import wizards.

In this case you have to have two levels of indirection:  like a mapping that shows that Local/123@agents is actually SIP/234 when logged on.

This way, Qm will see that Agent/123 is logged on.

We are working on a general solution for this tio be used as an example dialplan. We track that as issue #869

No but I am sure it is in the manual. Maybe we should add that to the FAQ's as well.

From: http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s18.html#_enabling_pause_codes

it says. "The PAUSEREASON must be passed within 30 minutes from the end of a pause; otherwise it will be silently discarded."

If Qm shows it, it's either in the queue_log table (if you use mysql storage) or in the local queue_log file.

What do you mean by "not loading"?

I did not understand because that's not technically the Realtime but the Wallboard :)

This is not included yet, but we are goung to fix that as issue #947

What I would do is to log on the agent with the asterisk name of "Agent/15031", so that the logging is consistent from QM's point of view.

Then you define (in QM) an "Agent/15031" which name is "Ron B. (15031)", so that anywhere in QM you'll see the name that was defined in QM itself.

Look for the names that the agent is shown under in "Calls OK" and in the agent config page. Feel free to post screen shots of unsure.
