Running WombatDialer / Re: problems making calls
« on: June 14, 2013, 10:49:49 »
I believe that the second example makes sense: if you set up a trunk with a capacity of (say) 10, Wombat will try and send 10 calls at once. But as that is a physical line, its capacity is 1. :) My suggestion to use dahdi is to create a group of (say) 5 channels and set up the trunk to have a capacity of 5. See http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+config+chan_dahdi.conf

As per the Local example, most likely you'll be dialing Local/9${num}@from-internal to dial the number ${num} on the PSTN. May that be the case? (in general, calling directly a DAHDI or SIP interface is better as on default Local channels a lot of dialplan gets run and Wombat does not usually need it).

Running QueueMetrics / Re: QM not in /init.d/ or services

How did you install queuemetrics? if you install it from our own yum repos, it WILL create two entries under /etc/init.d called queuemetrics and qm-tomcat6.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Waiting calls, explanation

The #5 means that the call attempted #5 times to connect to an agent, and the last attempt was for "Luz Marina". The green and red numbers are values that are ongoing.

QueueMetrics news / Preview dialing from the agent's page
« on: June 11, 2013, 12:57:32 »
Hello all,
we have a small tutorial out on how to get preview dialing - where you have a list of numbers, agents will preview them through a CRM app and will either dial or skip them. It uses WombatDialer (you can test it with the free version to get a taste of how it works).

See http://blog.wombatdialer.com/post/52639475437/preview

Comments welcome! :)

I believe server3 is server B mentioned earlier. Must be some issue with copy and paste :)
I'll add a bug so that the docs get fixed.

If you get it working and have some notes/tips to share I'd love to have them added.

No you need to be monitoring both queues at once. This is buy design. You can then filter off agents by "location" or "group"

You could use the export call functions for this. You'd get a bunch of audio files in a folder.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Reporting Pause Codes by Reason

This could be created as a customization to sit within QM and to benefit everyone. This is something we'll have to do ourselves at the moment and has a cost (but as the report is simple, should not be very expensive). Please contact support for getting a quote.

As an alternative, you could pull agent pauses out by XMl-RPC and process them yourselves externally. See http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_XML-RPC_manual-chunked/ and https://github.com/Loway/QueueMetricsXmlRpcBrowser

You mean, accessing directly the list of calls after searching?

Let me rephrase: the popup doesn't work anymore after you click reload manually?

Try setting the refresh rate to 20 seconds. DO things improve?

We tried this with ADDMEMBER logins and it seems to work?
Can you post a screenshot?

Not at the moment - try making the refresh slower and se eif this changes the time that the popup stays visible.
Which browser are you using?
