Yes that's the general idea. QM is agnostic in terms of channel/technology, we just ship our examples with SIP because that's the one 99% of our clients use.

872
The XML-RPC interface is the correct one - whatever is displayed in QM reports or real-time or QA page can be tunneled to a machine-friendly environment.

873
It will basically print out the realtime page in a way that's less pretty but easier for a program to access :)

QueueMetrics installation / Re: Answer Details Error

Qm is trying to build a call list that is too big to fit in memory.
You should run a smaller report, likely.

875
A curiosity: what do you mean by the abbreviation "3q"?

Not much, but one should expect the transaction to be identical, so we are fixing it.
We track this as issue #1259

877
We expect to do that in the future, and we track this issue as #1261

We track this issue as #1260.

We do not support changing the database schema.

881
Ok so you have to enable a storage model that is not too expensive - our suggestion is to save calls by day, like here: http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s19.html#_pms_to_match_recorded_calls see the LocalFilesByDay examples.

I think the second issue is when you click on "select by agent" on the front page?

Please check your extensions_queuemetrics file - we have solved a similar issue in the past.

Can you post the lines that get appended to the queue_log when you place an outbound call?

QueueMetrics passes to the dialplan the agent code (like agent/123 and the current extension). You could use this information to detect where the agent is supposed to log on (e.g. all agents 1XXX go on server A and all agents 2XXX go on server B).
