Hi people,
We have a problem ... Queuemetrics show agent available, but this agent is in call ... I donĀ“t know what happened... I use Queuemetrics version 1.4.4 and the ASTERISK version 1.4.12.1 ... Somebody help me ...

No ... the problem happenned some agents... and the problems is unstable!!

When it happens, you should take a screenshot with the time visibvle, so we can look back on the queue_log and see what was missing.
