No: the problem is that you should configure your Asterisk box so that the logging is consistent i.e. it always writes the same thing when it logs the same entity. Qm has no way of knowing that  "Ron Bergin" and "local/15031" are the same thing.

The only reason I can think of is that the outcome for a given call must be within about 30 minutes since it was started.

Unfortunately. not at the moment.
It should not be overly chatty anyway - it should just log a couple of lines per transaction.

I would leave the agent name blank, so that the channel name is logged instead.

There is a switch that controls that behavior, how is your default.useRawAgentSessions option set?

Let's take a step back: what are you trying to achieve? maybe we are looking at the same thing from two different ways.... :)

This is easy - as you see when you log in you have:

But when a call is directed, you have:

Please remove the name form the agent config so that the log will always be "local/1503@iso"

Loway offices will be closed for the Winter holidays from December 23, 2009 @ 13.00 CEST to January 4th, 2010. Also, our offices will be closed for a local holiday on December 8th, 2009.

Priority Support will still be available using e-mail. All other activities may be delayed during this period.

The blocks are the same as the "old page" ones, they are just supplied to the client over AJAX instead of reloading the whole page.

very likely the name the client is defined under is not correct - so when it tries and report by agent, it does not find anything.
