Translations / Can YOU help with the new version of QueueMetrics?

Over the years we have worked with a number of excellent professionals whom have greatly contributed to currently allowing the use of QueueMetrics in various languages.

In view of the next release of QueueMetrics due shortly, we are urging all our translation collaborators once again to add their input in order to make QueueMetrics accessible to the professionals of their Country.

We are incredibly grateful to all those who have already done such great work in the past and look forward to new translation collaborators who can really make the difference by providing some time to make the localized new version of QueueMetrics accessible to further local companies.

We have just tried replicating this issue with Firefox v 18.0 and we can see the Call Details, via the usual popup window, together with the recording file and the link to the QA form.

When a QueueMetrics licence is about to expire, Loway sends Licence Renewal reminder emails to the customer:

• 3 months before the expiry date,
• 2 months before the expiry date,
• 1 month before the expiry date,
• on the last day of the licence's validity. 

The four emails are sent to the main contact email address obtained from the customer.

You are running quite a recent version of Queuemetrics, which was released in March 2012.
Since then, a further release took place in May 2012, which included additional features.

The current QM version (12.2) includes the "friendly names" feature, so you can try running a test...

Realtime Live / Re: RT - disable sound alarms (yellow/red)

The default Real-time page that ships with QueueMetrics will play sounds when yellow or red alarms are triggered.
The sounds played, or whether to play any, are controlled by a couple of system properties in the configuration.properties file:

sound.yellowAlarm=http://myserver/audioYellow.wav
sound.redAlarm=http://myserver/audioRed.wav

If you want to turn them off completely, just set them to blank.

This is not a QueueMetrics bug, but depends on your browser.
Some browsers, such as Opera, are capable of resolving the .do to a .wav, while others don't offer this feature.
