Dear Sirs,
in the agent's page, I just wondering if is there any way to open automatically a third party CRM app, instead of clicking the open link.

Yes it is possible - set:

[Select]
realtime.agent_autoopenurl=true
Your agent will need to refresh the agent's page anyway when they get the call, but it's much easier than a double click!
