Robot AJAX Realtime Login
« on: December 03, 2009, 16:53:22 »
I know you can use http://server:8080/queuemetrics/qm_wab.do?user=robot&pass=xxx&reloads=1&queues=00-All for the 'old' realtime page. What would the URL be for the new AJAX realtime page?

The blocks are the same as the "old page" ones, they are just supplied to the client over AJAX instead of reloading the whole page.

The blocks? When I navigate to that page, there is no AJAX involved. How can I utilize the new features with the robot login?

Let's take a step back: what are you trying to achieve? maybe we are looking at the same thing from two different ways.... :)

There are four realtime options now:

Start realtime monitoring
Start realtime monitoring (AJAX)
Start wallboard
Start wallboard (AJAX)

Running http://server:8080/queuemetrics/qm_wab.do?user=robot&pass=xxx&reloads=1&queues=00-All will show Realtime Monitoring using the robot login. What would the URLs be to access Realtime Monitoring (AJAX) and Wallboard (AJAX) using the robot login? Thanks!

Hi.
We added two new verbs:

- qm_wab_ajax.do
- qm_rt_ajax.do

They have to be called with the same parameters required by the not-ajax enabled versions and they will provide you the new Realtime and Wallboard ajax based pages.

The fix will be included on next coming QueueMetrics 1.5.6 release.

Thank you and regards
Marco Signorini.

Ask for a beta if you need it now - we'll be back after Jan 4th.

hi,

I have a "litte" problem with  auto-login url with RT.

I used:   - qm_rt_ajax.do page.

When alarm (yellow or red) is "on" on page opened by "auto-login" url (robot) I dont see bgcolors for alarm field. (like alarm flied dont use css)

When alarm (yelloe or red) is "on" on page opened by "normal" (user logged and choose Realitime) I see bgcolors for alarm field.

It`s on firefox or IE and Chrome too...
