We have developed a better integration that will read data from the native Asterisk tables and it's going to be released with 1.6.0 in a couple of weeks or so.

Asterisk sometimes logs off agents automatically if they have failed answering for a while. In the queue_log, such lines are marked as "Autologoff".

We do not support changing jsp pages. Use the XMl-RPC interface instead.

And it says Invalid, it means that 888@from-internal is not a valid extension.

On most recent Asterisk systems, agents are unpaused when they login. Or you could add an unpauseall line to the login script to be 100% sure.

Yes, QM does not look back so far when running a realtime report, or it would be too slow.
