Here's a request from my QM users: is it possible to display Average call length in minutes, just like Min call length or Max call length?

It's not possible at the moment, but if anybody else is interested, we'll add it to the TODO list. If that is really important for you, you may consider a customization job from us.

I assume "customization job" means extra costs
and I'm not sure they're going to pay for this, considering it's such a small thing ... Anyway, if you're going to add this in one of your next releases that's fine too.
