This is because any filter by agent (and a location is in fact a filter by a set of agents) will "kill" lost call data. Why? because as "lost calls" are not handled by any agent, there is no way to tell if a lost call was caused by one of the allowed agents or not.

At the moment Qm is not able to load its configuration for Realtime (though this is planned).
Apart for that, we have a lot of clients who use Realtime as their backend and it works great.

Version 1.3.1 used a more aggressive call removal, but we figured out that you would generally prefer to see a call was there. If you run version 1..4.5 you can close those calls manually.

Just click on "Upgrade database" and it will upgrade to version 6 automatically.

Hello All,
this bug affects versions 1.4.5 and 1.4.6 and has been solved, so it will be released with the next bugfix release.

A mitigation behavior is available: on the Realtime screen, click once or twice on the "Hide calls" button - since the first click buttons actually start working fine.

Thanks for helping us make QM a better product for everybody.

QueueMetrics news / QueueMetrics 1.4.6 released

Some users have been experiencing two kinds of problems when updating to 1.4.5:

- sometimes the updater would break (that is, it would say the system is updated but you would still get a database error)

- with some instances of MySQL 5 there would be "insert errors". This is due to an incorrect setting in MySQL (see http://forum.queuemetrics.com/index.php?topic=337.0 ) but the user would just get the error and not an hint about how to solve it.

So we have released version 1.4.6 - if you already did the upgrade to 1.4.5 and it went well, no need to update it. If you did and encountered some problems - download the new version.

We will update the QM site ASAP - meanwhile here is the direct download link: http://queuemetrics.com/download/QueueMetrics-1.4.6-trial.tar.gz

The yum repository has already been updated, so yum install and yum update should be working.

This has been fixed (that is, the DB updater will tell you why this happens and what to do about it) and for this we have released version 1.4.6.
