Outbound with LCR
« on: October 13, 2009, 23:24:13 »
I just installed QM and love it. Only thing is I use least cost routing for all our call centers and have many providers we use for outbound calls "800's go on a land line, some LD goes to a flate rate voip and some goes to a rate deck based voip"

We also only have two groups for outbound and have been using the account code for the ext in trixbox to get outbound stats in queuestats, I would like to be able to set the code per ext in trixbox "so the user does not have to dail any extra numbers and all calls from that ext are counted" and be able to use LCR.

Is there any way to add the csv data from /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv to the que_log file Maybe?

You should simply use the dialout script and have your LCR script set the QDIALER_CHANNEL variable.

This way , when your agent just dials (say) 1-234-567-8900, it gets to be Zap/g0/012345678900 or SIP/provider/12345678900 or IAX2/peername/12345678900 or whatever your LCR script likes best....

Thats the thing I dont want the agent to have to dail any codes, I would like to be able to set in "accountacode" in the trixbox  ext as to what group they show in for outbound.

They will dial the campaign code plus the number (if you want to have multiple campaigns) or just the number if you assign them to only one campaign.
