cannot listen to recorded calls
« on: May 30, 2008, 00:06:35 »
Running latest tribox ce distribution.
installed latest queuemetrics.
system appears to work fine, but i have an issue with the call recordings.
when in QM i open the call detail, then the link to hear the recording appears below, so i click it but then IE/Firefox shows "page not found".
The link followd was http://192.168.1.247:8080/queuemetrics/qm/qm_popup_streamAudio.do?/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/q5000-20080529-165624-1212098184.31.WAV
and the file exists in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor with exact case.

Comments?

Thanks,

Hmmm
It only works with Firefox, not IE 7.

The message log you get is correct, this basically means that a file was found and it's streaming it.
I am going to run a test for IE7 just now.

Update: it looks like it's working. See image here.
