From what you post, the results seems correct. We had similar issues in the past with GSM files saved as WAV - the correct thing to do would be telling the browser not to attempt opening the file but sending it to an external program, e.g. VNC.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Retrieval of call recordings
« on: March 30, 2012, 18:06:22 »
Hi,

Is there any way to tell QM to not follow symbolic links when searching for call recordings?
Or maybe tell QM to stop searching after the first recording file is found (in "queue1")?
Or maybe exclude "queue2" directory from recording searches?

I think that it is impossible to tell QM aboyut the symbolic link, because AFAIK there is no way to see that at the JVM level.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: can i edit the qa data in a complete qa

Not sure what you mean. In general no, once a form is saved, there is no way to change it.

515
Does this only happen through the XML-RPC call? or also if you click on the call details pop-up?

General Asterisk configuration / Re: Recording retrieval

Does it happen after a while you are idle? because most likely it's an expired user session.

FYI, this is fixed with the current release of Espresso.

We track this as issue #1613

519
That would be great and I'm sure there is a market for it.

Qm strips the last "-"; so if you need to have an agent like "WKS-MAD-60" you may want to change that to WKS-MAD-60-x in Asterisk, so that QM strips the last -x and the full name is visible.
l.

check that i have a lot agents with this names:

WKS-MAD-CTK-01.......WKS-MAD-CTK-60

but when i try to filter by agents or make it some report the agents results:

WKS-MAD-CTK

how can i fixing there, because in the database of queuemetrics there saved it correct: SIP/WKS-MAD-CTK-01 but the problem is in the website

P.D.: i payed a licencie by QM

Running QueueMetrics / Re: update data may cost a long time

Why do you do that? as this query does not run by index, it may take a long time indeed if the table is large.

No - memory looks aplenty.

Try and take a memory dump.
