The reason why is that when you install a new system, it will have a license key embedded. Otherwise the oldest license would be copied over (even if expired).

It's 1.6.2 with a fix of the report graphs that would sometimes be broken.

Yes one could enter the default extension. or leave it blank if one wants the current behavior.

Well, one thing that you could do is to print a large banner to be shown in the CC. Anyway we plan to do that for the next release (~ by the end of the year).

The ACD part is all in Asterisk w/o help of QM, so something went wrong there.

That should be decoded just like in other places of Qm. If it's not, it's a bug - please post a screenshot.
