Running QueueMetrics / Re: Cluster and call recordings.
« on: January 26, 2015, 09:24:20 »
Hi Tom,

can you copy here how you configured configuration.properties in order to get recordings from the two machines?
Also, are the recordings divided by day?

Hello Mike,

actually this kind of logs will be removed with the next version of QueueMetrics, so the file will increase much more slowly, in the meantime you can disable the logging in tomcat.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Icon Agent Page Not Working

Hi gopal2k,

did you update from a previous version? If yes, you should add the NEWAGENTPAGE security key to your agents (or directly to the AGENTS user class).

Hi Sebastian,

that dialplan (extensions_queuemetrics_18.conf), is compatible with both old and new Asterisk versions, with AgentCallbackLogin or not.
By default QueueMetrics comes configured in order to use the "new" (well, not that new  :) ) method, in fact as per the CLI output posted your QueueMetrics intance is using 35@queuemetrics and 37@queuemetrics for the login/logout processes, which are not using the AgentCallbackLogin.

Hi Mike,

that's weird, even 1 second is too much in my opinion (if QM is on the same network).

Did you already give the Java process that runs QueueMetrics more memory? (You'll find a JAVA_OPTS variable in /etc/init.d/qm-tomcat6; change that to, maybe 512M 512M   and restart queuemetrics with '/etc/init.d/queuemetrics restart').

Kind Regards

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Ringnoanswer on real time page
« on: December 15, 2014, 13:23:07 »
Hi gopal2k,

that should depend on the ring strategy applied to your queue(s); and also I'd check if you set ringinuse=no.

Hi patybelmonte,

the time is by design 30 minutes after the call is closed; this can't be changed.

Which version of QueueMetrics are you using? I ask this because there was a bug where the 30minutes were calculated starting from the call's beginning. This is solved in the latest versions?

Hi acrisuser,

give a look to the realtime.dynamicLoginQueues property in http://manuals.loway.ch/QM_UserManual-chunked/apd.html

Hello Marat,
I'm really sorry but can't understand your question, could you please rephrase the following points:

  • the head of the call center wants to see the results of all reports. how to implement it?
  • not working out of the group. displays members of a group but it is still ringing.

Thanks
Mirko

Improving QueueMetrics / Re: Format Date Column When Exporting Reports
« on: November 21, 2014, 11:35:16 »
Hi 317paddy,

that's a good suggestion but not all QM users will like that; what you could do is to modify the language file in order to change the date format.

/usr/local/queuemetrics/qm-current/WEB-INF/LIntl/queuemetrics_en_US.properties

Date formats are in the beginning of the file.

Kind Regards

That's weird; some phones doesn't inform the PBX about their state though.
If you change the strategy to rrmemory?

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Overall Wait Time / Hour
« on: November 19, 2014, 16:59:42 »
Hello Daniela,

actually there's no such report, what you could do is to create a report page which as both the Answered/Unanswered details reports.

Kind Regards
