I'd try and follow the call route (like if you have macros or anything) that have the call always complete in the same way. It's inbound calls, correct?

That's really weird. If you see somethig, this means it's there. It should not be too hard to match it on the queue_log data....

Looks like Asterisk is tracking all your calls as COMPLETECALLER.

The NLIC/0 error is linked to the licensing module so it should not care about the kind of trunks Wombat is sending calls to.

QM has no control on the call handling - it just asks Asterisk to process it.

You should try and get the unique_ids of a call or two and get the results out, to check if there are duplicate data.

No v6 is fine. I'd do a reinstall - just kaep a backup of your database and your configuration.proprerties and web.xml files. For the rest go for a fresh install.

You sure you are pointing to the same data set?
