Dear Sirs,
I'm going to try QueueMetrics on our 100 seats callcenter installation. Before that, it will be nice to know if is posible to filter reports and realtime statistics by queues upon the user.
What i mean is if is posible to restrict the queue access by users, in order to let the managers only to see information regarding the queues they manage.
