I think you could set it here easily, so that they can check the caller-id. Just add a line before the last GOTO.

when i click the quickreport ,it popup a window say:error:multiple selection criterla lead to no agent being selectable,what's the meaning?
2nd problem that i found is that the Agent/200 logs him self to queue 300 but in realtime monitoring i get the agent is logged in not only in 300 but in queue 301.

well i am testing queuemetrics 1.6 on Trixbox 2.8 and so far by following the guide i am able to make it work but i got stuck on the part where Agent needs to be associated with an extension. "screenshot1"
and i don't know how to make it do that plus the log on and log off tabs are not getting highlighted.
