General Asterisk configuration / Re: Monitor 'Non Queue' Calls

Yes it is possible, but you have to write an appropriate log on the queue_log file, just like it's done to track outbound calls.

FAQs:
#1139 - New FAQ on using "Sliding Window" mode and on why having logged-on agents is a good idea
#1173 - Wrong links on the FAQs

You can download the latest version immediately from the downloads page.As an alternative, if you run RHEL or CentOS (or any distribution derived from them, like e.g. TrixBox, Nerd Vittles and AsteriskNOW), you can install it automatically using yum - see the installation page.

If you would like to write a language pack for your native language, it's very easy and it only takes a couple of hours' work. See the Translating QueueMetrics document from the Manuals page.

As always, we value your feedback on how to improve QueueMetrics to make it a better fit to your needs.

You hit the queue_log only to mark an ENTERQUEUE  but  nothing else?
Try and post what gets added on the queue_log when you make an outbound call.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Login and Logout sessions missing
« on: October 15, 2010, 09:17:11 »
Likely: when an agent is logged on using AgentLogin, s/he is available on all queues he's working on - but QM does not know which ones unless you tell it. So if you use realtime mode "All", it will show all agents logged on, no matter what the queue you are monitoring.

1117
Can you post a trace from the queue_log file?

1118
Quite weird :-) what matters is that it's fixed.

1119
This means that the agent is logged on via LOGIN versus ADDMEMBER, where he works on all queues stored in the Asterisk queue database (thence the icon).

1120
It was impossible to diagnose a locked-out service caused by your firewall's configuration from what you posted. That's why we had Lorenzo fix the issue.

That is exactly what QM does on newer systems. Try and take a trace of what Qm logs whe n an agent logs over QM versus phone, so we can spot the difference.

1122
....or just keep them in a different partition, and switch manually back and forth.

1123
This is weird because it is the same engine that produces both. The wallboard used the defaults for e.g. View members / view all, so it may be that your defaults are not the correct ones.

1124
No - you may still "brew your own" using XML-RPC though - there are a few examples here on the forum :)

1125
As long as you have the protocol linked in the browser, I think so.
