Configuring outbound rapports

Hello,

I am a Capatres Consultant, and one of our costumers have queuemetrics running in his system.

All works fine but I am wondering how can We configure to make outbound rapports. Actually our costumer only have inbound calls rapports configured but they need configure the outbound rapport too.

This is very easy to do - did you set up outbound calling yet?
