asking for licences but I'm alone in the system

I have configured QM to show me reports for 3 queues, 105 - INbound, q-105 outbound and IN/OUT queue 105/q-105

When I try to Run Custom Report and select q-105 queue to show the report for 1 to 4 March the mesage is :

Alert:Requested Analysis exceed the number of licenced agents for this version of QM. You should upgrade your licence or
reduce the number of data to be analysed.

I'm the only user loged. (How I can check this?)
The 2 agents licences are free or only some part of aplication is free?

Very likely you have used more than 2 different telephones or agents, so QM sees them and thinks they are different people.

Feel free to send your queue_log file to the tech support, so they will tell you which telephones have been in use.

QM is free up to two agents.

So if more than 2 phones was used, but noone use QM, the reports can't be seen?

So the QM will show only reports only for 2 phones?

QM licencing is linked to the numbe rof "cative agents" in the systems, not on those who use it.
