Running QueueMetrics / Re: Agentlogin and attempts greater that 1

this means that Asterisk recorded a number of failed attempts for this call. If this does not delay the answer, you should not care.

This is because you defined a name for the agent; if you leave it blank, you will have the interface's code instead.

Installing through QueueMetrics Espresso / Re: espresso install failure
« on: September 06, 2011, 10:14:41 »
We do not support Espresso natively on Centos - it only works for the common PBX distros.

It is weird because for connected calls, there is always something in the Agent field - the call must have gone somewhere. This is not true for lost calls which, by definition, never went anywhere. Can you post a screenshot?

No - the idea was that you would do it at the Asterisk level (where it is very easy to do it).

You could have a sliding windows of 2x the shift, but this adds a bit of load on the server.

I am not sure about the first question, but the logo is in the configuration.properties file and that should be copied along automatically.

Instead of starting from midnight, the sliding window will start looking for agent data at (say) minus ten hours from now, so if your shifts last (say) 8 hours, you are sure that you have data in the last 10 hours. Of course agents must log off at the end of a shift.

No - the admin part is common. If you can access it, you can see everything.

They are failed attempts - basically an agent that was rung (at least, Asterisk thinks so) and did not answer.
