If you run Asterisk 1.4 or newer, you should not be using the queueDial.agi script but a pure-scripting solution: see
http://forum.queuemetrics.com/index.php?topic=261.0
We know that with some versions of Asterisk 1.4 the queueDial.agi does not track correctly remote caller hang up.
A workaround can be found here:
